#FairFlex

Flex for me. Flex for you.
May not look the same, yet both still true.

Flexible Working Day 2026

#FairFlex - Fairness in flexibility

Access fairness

Flexible working is vital for those who'd otherwise be excluded from the workforce. Working mums. Carers. People with disabilities. Anyone the traditional 9-5 leaves out.

Personalisation fairness

Not just any flexibility, but the right combination for each individual. Maybe part-time + remote or flexi-time + term-time + four-day week, or your own tailored solution.

Flexibility By Design

Our overarching mission

#FlexibilityByDesign was the theme for Flexible Working Day 2025. It introduced the core principle that work should be redesigned with flexibility built in, not bolted on.

While 2026's theme #FairFlex applies an equity lens to this mission, the original principles of #FlexibilityByDesign remain at the heart of everything we do.
